How long should you wait for an interview result at various companies based on what stage they are at currently ?

If you don’t hear back within these timeframes, it usually means that you are not their favorite candidate or they did not get strong signal to give you an offer. However you can still get a low-ball offer later, if other stronger candidates decline.

This data is from my personal experience after talking to around 100 companies in the Bayarea in US.
